I am a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw at the Faculty of Interior Design, an academic lecturer at the Silesian Academy in Katowice, a member of the Association of Interior Designers SAW, co-founder of the ART in Architecture festival, a competition promoting broadly understood art in private and commercial spaces among other architects, interior designers and conscious investors.
MILAND Architektura Wnętrz is an original design studio that I founded in 2016. and I am currently working as a chief interior designer in Katowice.
I combine all my professional activities with my private passion and the desire to make the space surrounding us beautiful, unique, arouse positive emotions and introduce the harmony that we as humans need to feel happiness.
To work on unique designs of private apartments, houses and residences, I use my innate sense of aesthetics, high sensitivity, as well as professional experience working in renowned studios in Warsaw and Barcelona. Thanks to interpersonal skills, openness to each client and the commitment of the entire team, we create timeless interiors in which architecture combines with art and good design. We guide clients through the entire design process, learning about their preferences and needs, and searching for the style that suits them best. We combine functionality and ergonomics with attention to aesthetics, detail and the quality of finishing materials. Thanks to the trust our clients place in us, we are most often responsible for full supervision of the implementation, cooperating with proven contractors, preparing cost estimates, selecting works of art and taking care of the styling of the interior, so that the space in which our clients remain after the cooperation is in every respect perfect for living.
I am an IARP architect, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. I have building qualifications to design without restrictions, I have been a member of the Silesian Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland since 2017. Due to the desire to deepen the topic of residential architecture, I defended my diploma thesis at the Department of Design and Fine Arts entitled: "Apartment complex on the Motława River". I gained professional experience in Silesian architectural studios, including: Inarko, J-K Architekci, Euroartis, Projarch, in creating competitions and executive designs from the conceptual phase through construction to implementation.
Designing architecture with people's needs in mind, creating objects of high aesthetics and functionality is a paramount value for me.
ARCHITECTURE + INTERIORS is a comprehensive project that we create in the studio thanks to a complementary approach to architecture and interior design. The idea of the project is to respond to the demand and meet the needs of creating an individually designed building. The ARCHITECTURE + INTERIORS project is a combination of guidelines for spatial conditions, functional solutions, optimally designed space and a consistent selection of materials, textures and equipment elements, taking into account the current requirements of energy efficiency and ergonomics of use.
In the studio, we carry out individual designs of buildings, houses and structures: expansions, reconstructions, changes in use, from concept to implementation. Depending on the scale and advancement of the project, we cooperate with a team of engineers, industry specialists and cost estimators, ensuring comprehensive investment support along with formal and legal arrangements.
The evolution of the project from an idea, a sketch on paper, to a finished building is a design process to which we cordially invite you, ensuring minimum stress and maximum satisfaction.
The mission of the Association of Interior Designers is to show how important, difficult and responsible the profession of Interior Designer is.
