This is a full project, including an examination of the client's needs, an inventory of the space and the preparation of optimal functional arrangements for the entire interior. It includes a set of photorealistic visualizations and includes detailed manufacturing drawings and material lists along with valuations.
It is an extension of the "Comprehensive Project", which additionally includes on-site meetings with contractors and preparation of a work schedule. Depending on the variant of cooperation, it may transfer to the studio a number of responsibilities that rest with the Investor.
We carry out individual projects of buildings and houses: extensions, reconstructions, changes in use, from concept to implementation. Depending on the scale and advancement of the project, we cooperate with a team of engineers, industry specialists and cost estimators, ensuring comprehensive investment support along with formal and legal arrangements.
It is a comprehensive project that we create in the studio thanks to a complementary approach to architecture and interior design. Having the opportunity to create both the shape of the building and its interior from the very beginning, we create a space that constitutes an inseparable whole, consistent in the selection of materials and style.

The introduction to a well-prepared project tailored to our clients is a detailed interview, thanks to which we learn about their preferences, needs and expectations. What helps us at this stage of cooperation is a list of questions, thanks to which we receive a lot of information about what our clients like, what interiors they feel best in, what inspires them and drives them to take action on a daily basis and, equally importantly, what budget they want to stick to with the entire project.
Inventory is a stage that allows for real measurement of a given space, which allows for more accurate preparation of technical drawings at the first stage of cooperation. It is possible when we have access to a given property. During the inventory, photo documentation is also made and additional assets of the property are checked, including: with its orientation in relation to the cardinal directions.
