Technology Park FP, Gliwice
1028m2 building area
The office complex was divided into three stages of construction, along with parking spaces for employees. It takes the form of a low complex in the shape of the letter "L", consisting of two segments connected by a glass connector. Between the segments there is an intimate courtyard with a terrace surrounded by greenery with the possibility of working outside. On the ground floor, in addition to conference rooms and offices, there is a gym, a games room with a billiard table, game consoles, a kitchen and a canteen. A private kindergarten point was also created with employees in mind. Inside the facility, open office spaces dominate, with the possibility of mobile division into smaller offices using movable steel gates, giving a slightly industrial atmosphere. The building's segments are connected by a clinker frame that penetrates into the interior, which is a nod to the tradition of brick building in Silesia and directly in the mine where "Nowe Gliwice" is located. Further stages of expansion of the office building complex were also designed.
The project was created in cooperation with the "Projarch" Damian Kałdonek office.
