An individual design of a single-family house developed comprehensively together with an interior design for a 2+2 family using installations obtaining energy from renewable sources. The inspiration for the design was the mountain landscape and the wooded surroundings of the plot, which is why the shape of the building and subdued colors harmonize with nature. The ground floor of the building has been fully glazed, creating the opportunity to observe nature. The simple roof structure and simplified shape achieve very good energy parameters. The appropriate orientation of the building in relation to the cardinal directions and the large glazing of the southern façade generate energy gains. The use of materials with appropriate insulating parameters - double-layer walls and the installation of additional installations: mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, heat pump and photovoltaics on the entire roof surface allow you to effectively retain heat in the house. The functional house plans have been designed in a clear manner, ensuring maximum comfort of use. The ground floor has an open plan - a kitchen connected to the living room and access to a spacious terrace. The interiors refer in style to the exterior of the building - the facade, natural wood and earthy colors.
