Semi-detached house, concept
196m2 of usable area
248m2 building area
The design of the houses was created with the maximum use of the plot area in mind. The buildings are two-story with an unused attic and a built-in single-car garage. The shape of the buildings is symmetrical with one segment offset from the other, differentiating the entrance zone and the garden zone. The staircase is located in the middle of the building and is illuminated by skylights. The functional layout of the ground floor includes a vestibule, toilet, passageway with entrance to the garage, open kitchen with an island, dining room and living room with access to the terrace. On the first floor there are two rooms, a bathroom, a laundry room and a bedroom with a wardrobe and a separate bathroom. Additionally, from the bedroom there is an exit to the balcony, which serves as a roof for the garden area on the ground floor. The roof is gable with light in the form of elbow roof windows. The facade is made of light clinker brick and graphite composite panels.
