House with a swimming pool, Gliwice

A single-family detached house with a built-in two-car garage was built on the site of a demolished old residential building in a residential district of Gliwice. Compositionally, the building is a compact shape with a characteristic black "screen" at the front of the street. It has a clear functional layout with a large terrace and a swimming pool on the southern side of the garden. On the first floor there is also an office and a sauna. The house has no basement and is covered with a flat roof with an attic. The facade is made of boards, glass elements and natural wood. Large glazing ensures constant access to daylight and can be covered with blinds.
